Creates a symmetrypivot in HMASCII format.

Inputs
- id
- The ID of the symmetrypivot.
- name
- The name of the symmetrypivot.
- color
- The color of the symmetrypivot. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a symmetrypivot with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color
1:
