Writes a gap element with property idpool to HyperMesh.

- ID of the element.

- Type of the element.

- The ID of the property to which the gap element should point.

- The ID of the collector where the gap element should be placed.
- vectored
- The ID of the vector associated with the element.

- ID pool number of the property to which the element should point.
