Table of Available Variables - Part 2
Output for Rigid Wall
- FNX: normal force in direction X
- FNY: normal force in direction Y
- FNZ: normal force in direction Z
- FTX: tangent force in direction X
- FTY: tangent force in direction Y
- FTZ: tangent force in direction Z
Comments
- Available names are listed in the two
tables above.
In the first table, TH-variables are listed. If a TH-variable is requested, this variable is written.
In the second table, other variable groups are listed. If a variable group is requested, all the associated TH-variables are written at once.
- For T01 file output /TFILE, the results are stored as an impulse acting on the rigid wall. The HyperGraph T01 binary reader automatically calculates the force by taking the derivative of the impulse when reading the T01 file. If using the ASCII T01 results, the force will need to be calculated from the impulse using a 3rd party tool,
- The ABF file output, /ABF contains forces calculated from the impulses by Radioss.
