Disable a Cloud Bursting Scenario

Disable cloud bursting for a specific bursting scenario.

Disabling a bursting scenario locks the bursting scenario from accepting any new bursting requests, but does not unburst any cloud nodes.

For cloud nodes that have been burst via the PBS cloud bursting hook, disabling a bursting scenario allows jobs that have been submitted to a cloud queue (that is associated with the bursting scenario) to run and complete. Once all jobs are complete, the node is unburst when it has remained idle for a specified amount of time (Idle time before unbursting).

For manually burst cloud nodes, disabling a bursting scenario allows jobs to run on cloud nodes that have already been burst, but prevents additional bursting activity. Disabling the bursting scenario does not prevent manually burst cloud nodes from being unburst.
