Block Format Keyword Describes the surface definition. Has the same behavior as /SURF/SURF; except when a negative ID is used.

Comments
- All nodes must belong to a shell element, a brick element or a triangular shell element.
- A surface cannot be defined using Madymo surfaces.
- A surface cannot be defined by associating a hyper-ellipsoid and another type of surface.
- Same option as
/SURF/SURF, except in case of negative ID is used.
