Writes a block to HyperMesh.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the block to be written.
- name
- The name of the block.
- color
- The color of the block.
- minimum[3]
- The minimum values of the x, y, and z coordinates in the block.
- maximum[3]
- The number of divisions on the block for x, y, and z.
