Comments
- The reference frame identifier must be different from all skew identifiers.
- The reference frame is fixed and its directions are defined by Y'Y' and Z'Z' . Vectors of arbitrary length may be given.
- Input is
Y'Y'

axis, but X' axis is computed
as:
