Sets the alpha transparency value.

Description
This command sets the alpha transparency value.
Note: The values are more opaque as they
approach 1.0.
Inputs
- alpha
- The alpha transparency value (0.0 to 1.0) for the material.
Errors
Returns true for success, otherwise false.
