Volume Mesh Smoothing Flag

Volume mesh smoothing flag by default is set to On. This provides an option (Volume mesh smooth level) for setting the level of volume mesh smoothing.

Setting this value to zero turns off smoothing and setting it to one will have the smoothing effect. Currently values greater than one will have no more effect than a value of one.
