Change the Administrative Mail Account

Change the mail account that sends PBS mail.

PBS has a mail account that can send PBS emails. For example, PBS can send mail to designated recipients when a job or subjob reaches specific points in its life cycle. Change the default mail account to a site specific one.
  1. Click the Configure tab.
  2. Choose the HPC to configure.

  3. Click Server Settings from the PBS Professional menu located on the left-hand side of the web page.
  4. Click located in the upper right-hand corner of the web page.
  5. Enable the Display Advanced Settings check box.
  6. Click located to the right of Mail From Address.
  7. For Mail From Address, enter the new mail account.
  8. Click to save the change.
