Output Variable for Surfaces

  • AREA: Area of the surface
  • MASSFLOW: Accumulated mass flowing through the surface
  • VELOCITY: Flow velocity across the surface

Comments

  1. Variable names must be left justified.
  2. Available names are listed in the two tables above.

    In the first table, TH-variables are listed. If a TH-variable is requested, this variable is written.

    In the second table, other variables are listed. If a variable group is requested, all the associated TH-variables are written at once.

  3. Surfaces must be defined by shell elements.
  4. MASSFLOW and VELOCITY are only available for internal surfaces of /MONVOL/FVMBAG1 and communication surfaces of /MONVOL/COMMU1.
