Write Deformed Versus Undeformed Coordinates to FV-UNS Files

AcuTrans provides you with the ability to control whether the deformed mesh or undeformed mesh is written to disk for moving mesh simulations.

This is accomplished through the -ale or -mesh_movement command line option.

1. To write the undeformed mesh to disk, enter acuTrans -out -to fieldview -no_ale.
2. To write the deformed mesh to disk, enter acuTrans -out -to fieldview -ale.

The -ale option is on by default, so there is no need to explicitly specify this command line option unless you desire to turn it off.
