Add a Sub-Period

Add a sub-period for an already created period or sub-period.

Only an Budget Manager administrator can add a sub-period.
Periods can be divided into sub-periods and then the sub-periods can be further divided with a maximum depth restriction of ten. For example, a period can be adding representing the year 2019. Sub-periods for the parent period can be added representing yearly quarters. The quarters can then be further divided into months, the months can be broken down into weeks, and weeks can be broken down into days.
