hgtrans control GetTimeScaleFactor
Gets the current scale factor for all time channels.

hgtrans control GetTimeScaleFactor

Description
This command gets the scale factor that will be applied to time channels. By default, the factor is one.
Example
Set hgtrans to use a time scaling factor of 1000 and then reads back that
value.
hgtrans control SetTimeScaleFactor 1000
