Create polygonal surfaces that can easily be converted into NURBS surfaces. PolyNURBS combines the ease and simplicity
of polygonal modeling with the precision and flexibility of NURBS, allowing you to quickly create free-form solid
geometry that is smooth and continuous.
Measure dimensions, analyze curvature, check for continuity and watertightness, analyze the draft, detect undercuts,
assign tags to entities, edit and visualize streamlines as static images or animations, create design iterations on
the fly, and assign variables.
Dimension a line, edge, bounding box, angle, and radius/diameter in order to create objects which must fit predefined
dimensions. You can also insert a general annotation to label the parts of your model.
The Interactive rendering modes are display modes that render your scene in real time, so you can interactively apply
materials, modify the environment, and change the camera position.
A default global environment is included in Inspire Studio to place your model in a 3D context for rendering, but you can customize the background image, illumination,
reflection, and refraction.
Default lighting is included in every scene created in Inspire Studio, but you can add lights and shadows to achieve particular lighting conditions. Specify each light's color
and intensity, and choose to use shadows and caustics.
Create copies of objects with a parent-child relationship. When you modify the source objects, all of the instances
are updated automatically in the construction history. This is a scene creation tool that is used mainly for rendering.
