Creates a BEAM element for the body and plot elements for the head, the plot elements are
created for visualization purposes and find operations. This realization is the same as
the “CFG dyna 100 mat100” realization except it uses Mat196 as opposed to Mat100.
This realization uses the prop_dyna_matnum.tcl property script. Figure 1.
