Create Solid Map Mesh

Use the Solid Map: Create tool to 3D mesh on mappable solids.

1. From the Mesh ribbon, click the Solid Map tool.

   By default, the Create should be selected from the secondary ribbon.
2. Optional: On the guide bar, click to define meshing options.
3. Select mappable solids in the following ways:
   • Click Find to automatically check for and select all mappable solids.
   • Manually select each mappable solid.
   By default, the source and target surfaces for each solid are also selected. These represent the "beginning" and the "ending" surfaces that define the direction of the mesh mapping.
4. Optional: Uncheck the Auto detect source and target option to manually define any source and target hint surfaces.
5. Adjust the mesh size in the microdialog if needed then click Mesh.
