Add or delete an Allocation Manager instance.
An instance represents an installation of Allocation
Manager and is described by a name and the hostname or IP address of the machine where
Allocation Manager is installed. Before you can
configure or monitor allocations, an instance of Allocation Manager must first be added to Control.
