Manage Accounts and Transactions

Only Stakeholders can credit or debit an account and a stakeholder will only have access to those accounts for which they are a stakeholder.

Only Allocation Manager Administrators can issue a refund.

Before you can credit or debit an account or refund a transaction, an instance of Allocation Manager must first be added to Control.
