Revoke Role Access to an Instance of Allocation Manager

Restrict users assigned to a specific Allocation Manager role from accessing an instance of Allocation Manager.

Allocation Manager roles that have been previously granted access to an instance of Allocation Manager can have that access revoked by a Manager.
  1. Click the Configure tab.
  2. Click Roles from the Access Management menu located on the left-hand side of the web page.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Click AM Admin to revoke access to an Allocation Manager instance for Allocation Manager administrators.
    • Click AM Stakeholder to revoke access to an Allocation Manager instance for Allocation Manager stakeholders.
    • Click AM User to to revoke access to an Allocation Manager instance for Allocation Manager users.

  4. Click to delete an instance of Allocation Manager.

  5. Click Save.
    Any users assigned to this role will have their access to the selected instances revoked. The following notification is displayed to any of those users who are currently logged into Control: 
    Your view is updated to reflect the privilege changes in cluster: INSTANCE
    where INSTANCE is the name of the Allocation Manager instance.
