Workload Manager Server Defaults
Overview of the server defaults such as default queue and default arguments that are added to any job submission or deletion request.
- Default Queue
- The queue which is to accept jobs when no queue is requested. A default execution queue named workq is always created, enabled, and started during installation of the Workload Manager. After a basic installation, this queue is ready to hold jobs submitted by users and is where jobs are placed when a queue is not requested at job submission.
- Default qsub Args
- Defaults for any qsub arguments not explicitly requested by each job.
- Default qdel Args
- Defaults for any qdel arguments not explicitly requested by each job.
