Toggles the deformable section mode.

Description
This command toggles the deformable section mode.
Note: Deformable section cuts are planar
at the simulation step when the deformable mode is activated. They stretch out of plane
with the geometry in the simulations that follow. Planar sections cuts are always cut by a
stationary (or undeformable) plane.
