Adds/creates a BestView entry to be used for showing individual entities.

Description
This command adds/creates a BestView entry that can show a given entity ID.
Example
To create a BestView entry for a given entity irrespective of the advanced
query:
post_handle GetBestViewHandle bestview_handle [post_handle AddBestView]Errors
Returns the ID of the created BestView entry.
