Editing Lookup Parameters

Occasionally, you may want to review the parameters for an external lookup to select a new lookup data source, modify the lookup, select additional linked fields, or remove previously selected linked fields. These parameters can be edited via the External Lookup Window.

Steps:

1. Go to Table Design.

2. Select External Lookups on the Table Design ribbon. The External Lookup window displays.

3. Select the External Lookup you want to edit from the External Lookup selector.

4. Edit the External Lookup definition.
