.HM.crtelem.cmf file

The .HM.crtelem.cmf file is a HyperMesh command file.

File Creation

The file is created when Nonlinear Explicit Analysis is run.

File Contents

This file contains a list of critical elements/nodes associated with the top “n” smallest elemental/nodal timesteps. The number “n” is controlled by PARAM,CRTELEM and the default is 10.

When loaded in HyperMesh, the .HM.crtelem.cmf file adds the elements/nodes into a set for further review.
