Graphics Windows Controls

View Manager, which is located adjacent to Data Tree, has user friendly commands for frequently used transformations.

Home icon: Changes all of the model properties such as size and view to initial state.
Fit icon: Translates the model to the center and scales it so that it fits the Visualization Area
Snap icon: Snaps the object to the closest xyz transformation.
Snap Z icon: Snaps out of screen vector to closest x, y, z axis.
Show surface icon: Shows the clicked surface so that it becomes more visible. First select this icon and then click on the surface to make it more visible.
Fit surface icon: Fits the clicked surface to the Visualization Area. First select this icon and then click on the surface to make that surface fit the Visualization Area.
Zoom icon: Switches the Visualization Area into a rubber-band state. The Visualization Area will zoom in the area selected by mouse press and drag.
Center icon: Moves the clicked surface to the center of the Visualization Area. First select this icon and then click on the surface to be moved to center of Visualization Area.
Store transformation icon: Provides a five item pop up menu to store five model states: Store 1, Store 2 …. Store 5.
Recall transformation icon: Provides a five item pop up menu containing model stored states (which are stored using Store Transformation): Load1, Load 2 …Load 5.
Toggle axis icon: Shows/hides the axis in the Visualization Area.
Toggle logo icon: Shows/hides the Altair logo in the Visualization Area.
Annotation icon: Adds annotation to the Visualization Area.
Background color icon: Sets the background color of the Visualization Area.
Rotation center icon: Provides three options for the rotation center- Global 0.0.0, Center of Model and Center of Visible.
Toggle rotation axis icon: Shows/hides the rotation axis in the Visualization Area.
