Creates a torsion spring pair.

Arguments
- spring_name
- The variable name of the torsion spring pair.
- spring_label
- The descriptive label of the torsion spring pair.
- body_1
- The first body or body pair attached to the torsion spring pair.

- point_1
- The point or point pair at which the torsion spring pair connects to body_1.
