Transient Mission

This Mission Panel allows users to enter a table of time dependent parameters that can be used in controllers. Can be read from an external file or entered into the GUI directly. Time dependent parameters can come from the mission or from tables in the controller. Mission must include Start and End Times from the analysis setup.
