A Partial Binder is Created
Condition
A partial binder was created.
Cause
Some of the part's free edges were not selected because they are not tangent continuous throughout.
Remedy
Click the missing edges that weren't automatically selected.
Can't Create an Additional Binder
Condition
I can't create an additional binder. When I try selecting the addendum start edge of an additional binder, it doesn't work.
Cause
On the additional binder, you tried to select an addendum start edge that is was already selected to create an existing binder. Binders cannot share addendum start edges.
Remedy
Select an addendum start edge on the additional binder that wasn't
already selected to create an existing binder.
