Conversion Options

This dialog allows you to specify the locale of your application and other settings.

This dialog box displays from two locations:

Set Conversion options from the Application Default Settings dialog if you want to set default options for globally for all workspaces.

Set Conversion options from the Current Workspace Settings dialog if you want to set settings just for the current workspace.

Field	Description
Default Locale	Select a default locale from the drop-down.
Decimal Separator	Enter the default decimal separator for all numeric columns. By default, the decimal separator is a period.
Date Format	Select the default date format that will be used for all date fields.
First Year of Century	Enter the first year of the century.
Extraction Patterns	Select the patterns that you want Monarch Data Prep Studio to use when working with Date fields.
