HyperXtrude enables you to define monitoring points in the flow domain. The solution at these monitoring points is extracted after every time step in the case of unsteady flow, or converged step for steady flow problems. This solution is printed in the file with the extension .exp.
Syntax:
BEGIN PROBLEMDATA
ExtractPoint Probe1 {xyz = x, y, z }
END
The *.exp file contains the solution variables u, v, w, p, T, and e at the extract points.
