The Estimate button on the main menu executes the error estimator, returning the values of the residual or interpolation error globally and for the element containing the highest local error. After the error estimator is complete, results can be displayed using the HyperXtrude viewing options. Corresponding global and maximum element data is updated and displayed on the General Info panel.
