Import comment that indicates the beginning of the footer for the deck.
The $HMFOOTERBEGIN card indicates the beginning of footer notes in the deck. Any
number of comment lines can be placed after this line. The end of this block is
indicated by a $HMFOOTEREND statement. Only one footer documentation block is
allowed per model.
