Sets the auto load/unload iso value data state.

Description
This command the auto load/unload iso value data state.
Note: Setting enable state to false
causes the currently loaded data to be unloaded.
Inputs
- state
- True if the iso value data can be loaded, false if it cannot.
Errors
Returns 0 if successful, otherwise an error code.
