New Generic AppDef Icons

Earlier, a single generic icon was displayed for all applications missing an icon in their application definition. Now the system is enhanced to generate multiple generic icons instead of a single icon. This makes it easy to distinguish between various applications in the UI. The icons appear with the first letter of the applications together with a combination of predefined colors and shapes.
