Deleting a Report Security Rule

To delete a rule

1. On the Navigation Tree, click Content System, then click Document Management and select Document Types.

2. On the Document Types page do one of the following:

• Click the name of the document type you want to delete a report for.

• Select the document type by clicking anywhere on the row, and then click .

The Document Type page appears.

3. Select the Report Security tab at the top of the page.

4. Do one of the following:

• Select the rule you want to delete, by clicking anywhere on the row, and then click .

• Click at the end of the row with the rule you want to delete.

A dialog box appears.

5. Click Delete to delete the rule from the list.
