1.While nodes is highlighted, indicate the nodes that you want cleared from the temporary node mark:
•Pick the nodes on your model.

or

•Click nodes and choose from the extended entity selection menu.
2.Click clear.

When nodes are removed from the temporary node mark, the node is deleted if it is not attached to a structural element, and is not used by a card in the database.
