1.Select the create subpanel.
2.Click the switch under vector creation method: and select base and magnitude.
3.Indicate the nodes where you want to place vectors entities by selecting them on your model, or click nodes and choose the nodes from the extended entity selection menu.
4.If you want to use the vector magnitude method:
Use the plane and vector collector to specify the method to use to indicate the vector along which the vector entity should be directed.
If the option N1, N2, and N3 is chosen, select two or three nodes on your model to indicate the vector along which the force should act.
Enter the magnitude for the vector.
5.If you want to specify the direction and magnitude of the vector entity by typing in the components:
Click the upper switch.
Click components and type in the x, y, and z values of the components.  (Skip the next step.)
6.Click the toggle to create the vector in the global system or the local system.
7.If you select local system, click system and enter the ID of the desired system.
8.Click create.

The nodes with vectors applied are displayed.
