[5] Building a Workbook
After all of the data configurations are saved in the Edit Data Table layout, the Workbook layout is displayed into either any of two modes:
This mode allows you to create Panopticon workbooks and add or change elements in the dashboards.
This mode lets you use your Panopticon workbooks and dashboards to analyze data.
It is easy to switch between these modes.
On the View
Mode view, click the Edit 
icon.

NOTE |
On the Open Workbook in View Mode, when
the Edit
|
button is clicked, the user
will get the DESIGNER role. Consequently, the Save 
button becomes
available in both the Open Workbook in
The Design Mode view displays.
To go back
to the View Mode, click the View 
icon.
