OS-V: 0100 Membrane with Hot-Spot

Test No. T1 OptiStruct examines the direct stress in y direction at a point D outside the hot-spot for linear thermos elastic analysis.

Benchmark Model

Quarter model is considered and Quad4 elements with the specific mesh specifications are used for model building. The hotspot area is maintained at a temperature 100°C.
