Deleting a Report Instance
To delete a report
On the Navigation Tree, click Content System, then click Document Management and select Document Types.
On the Document Types page, do one of the following:
Click the name of the document type you want to delete a report for.
Select the document type by clicking anywhere on the row, and then click .
The Document Type page appears.
Select the Report Instances tab at the top of the page.
Select the report file by clicking anywhere on the row and then click:
— To remove only a working report and unique dependent objects such as index values, annotations, discussion threads, etc.
— To remove a working report, an archived original report, and unique dependent objects such as index values, annotations, discussion threads, etc.
Note: The associated filing result records are not removed in any case.
A dialog box appears.
Click Delete to delete the report from the list.
