Filing Results Page

The system collects the following data about all filing task executions:

  • Files and documents created by a particular filing task execution

  • Filing task start time and date

  • Filing task finish time and date

You can view the list of all filing task executions on the Filing Results page.

To access the Filing Results page

  1. Click Content System, then click Document Management and select Filing Tasks.

  2. Click the name of the task you want to view filing results for.

  3. Select the Filing Results tab at the top of the page.

 

The Filing Results page shows the number of summary documents being processed by all filling tasks during the period indicated in the From and To columns. The number of summary documents is shown in the Number of Documents column. To display the Start Time and Finish Time of each filing task, click a plus sign in the first column.

Using the drop-down list at the top of the table, you can display filing task executions grouped by the following periods: None (all executions are shown), Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

Click clip0003  to edit filing task results (change the report date range or block all reports).

An administrator can delete any particular filing task result or a group of filing task results by clicking clip0004. When deleting particular groups of filing task results, all selected filing task results will be deleted. When deleting filing tasks results, all files and documents created by the filing task execution will be deleted (similar to maintenance task deletions).

Note: Deletion of a filing task result will delete all reports that were filed by the original filing task.

Note: The number of items shown per page is limited by the value of the Count of items per page item in system preference (settings). For more information refer to System Settings.
