Filing notifications are an automated way of notifying Monarch Server users via e-mail that a filing event has occurred. Only authorized users of the Monarch Server system may receive filing notifications.
Filing notifications are listed on the Filing Notifications page, which you can use to add, edit, or remove notifications.
To display the Filing Notifications page, click Content System on the Navigation Tree, then click Document Retrieval and select Filing Notifications.
Note: Users may subscribe to or unsubscribe from filing notifications via the MSClient application.
