Editing an Index Field
Index Fields can be edited via the Index Field page.
To edit an index in the list
On the Navigation Tree, click Content System, then click Document Management and select Index Fields.
On the Index Fields page click the name of the index you want to edit or click anywhere on its row, and then click .
The Index Field page appears. For more information on how to change index options, see Adding an Index Field.
To save the changes, click the Save button.
The system saves the modified index to the database and displays the updated Index Fields page, if the operation is completed successfully.
