Setting Margins and Print Options for Summaries

Monarch Classic provides several print options that you can use when printing summary data. You can set margins, add a page header and footer to each page, print column titles, row numbers, and grid-lines and repeat suppressed key field values at the top of each page.

To set margins and print options, select File then Page Setup. The Page Setup dialog displays.

Use the Margins section to define margins for the page.

Use the Options section to set Print options.

Use the Page Header and Pager Footer sections to define page headers and footers.

You can set the above on a per-summary basis, or you can click Apply to Summaries to set the values for all existing summaries.
