To create surfaces by interpolating linearly between line segments

1.Select the Surfaces panel, ruled subpanel.
2.Set the first collector to line list and pick the first lines in the proper order.  After you select the lines, select the points on the line that define the segment where you want to create the surface.
3.Set the second collector to line list and select the second lines in the proper order.  After you select the lines, select the points on the line that define the segment where you want to create the surface.
4.Optionally, check on or off the auto reverse checkbox.
5.Click create.
6.To undo, immediately click reject.
