### Clarke Transform

The Clarke Transform block performs a Clarke forward
transform (2 X 2).

The Clarke Transform block provides a magnitude invariant
transformation of 3-phase signals/systems, components [a b] to orthogonal
reference frame components [alpha beta]. This Clarke transformation is specific
to the case where the primary axis of the 3-phase coordinate system is aligned
with the primary axis of the orthogonal coordinate system.
