Description
The output of the block corresponds to the last value of its input.
When the block is continuously activated, it outputs the value of its input at a previous integration step. This usage is not recommended.
When externally activated by an event, this block outputs the left limit of the input at the time of event. In that case if the block receives a continuous-time signal, the output corresponds to the left limit of the signal at the time of event (note that the event may cause a jump in the value of the incoming continuous-time signal). The left limit is needed for example in some cases when the state of the Integral block is re-initialized.
This block supports matrix data types of double, complex and integers.
