ExtractActivation
This block extracts the activation signal associated with the regular signal received on its regular input port and outputs it on its activation output port. The output activation signal is synchronous with the extracted activation signal.

Description
The ExtractActivation block extracts the activation of the signal received on its regular input and outputs it on its activation output port. Activation extraction is handled during the compilation phase. When the compiler handles inheritance, it treats also the extract activation mechanism: If a block's port is connected to an extract activation block, then the port must be connected to the input activation of the extract activation's upstream blocks.
