Features Added in Version 13.5

Starting 13.4.1, new command lines options were added to better support exports from the Datawatch Monarch Personal.

• The first admin rights can be set for at least the current user and then the specified user

• Different paths set for the corresponding separate latest/default paths for Open/Save workbook, and for browse to data file
